Sanctum Wealth has announced the appointment of Siddharth Khatkhate as its Head of Strategic Solutions. Based in Mumbai, he will report to Manish Jeloka, Co-head of Products & Solutions.
Siddharth has more than 14 years of experience across private equity, equity research, and transaction services with organisations such as Rabobank, Barclays Capital, and PwC in India and the U.S. The new role will witness him leading the strategic solutions function and focusing on building the platform across private investments and corporate advisory. This function sits at the crossroads of wealth management and investment banking.

Over a long career across financial markets, Siddharth has held leadership positions in several organisations. Most recently, he has worked with Rabo Equity Advisors, where he was responsible for spearheading negotiations, structuring, diligence, and execution of private equity deals. In this role, he also worked closely with investee companies across the investment and business life cycles. Siddharth holds a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, where he was a gold medallist. He is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
